1. Condition Check
Prior to the treatment, the POLA Beauty Director will check your condition, face line, and posture that day.
This will help you prepare mentally and physically for your beauty treatment.
2. Warm-up Care
This is a “co-creation” type of care done together with the customer and the POLA Beauty Director.
Caring for your neck, shoulder, and shoulder blades to loosen the muscles in those areas will enhance the treatment’s effectiveness.
3. Foot Care
This is for relieving tension in your legs, from below the knees down to your toes.
4. Cleansing
A pleasant-feeling cream cleanser is used to remove makeup and other dirt from your skin.
5. Enzyme Face Cleansing Mask
A mask is applied to remove dead skin cells, and leave your skin feeling soft and looking clear.
6. Décolletage Cleanse
An essence-type gel wash is used to cleanse the décolletage area.
7. Facial Cleanse
A moisturizing facial wash is used to gently cleanse your face.
8. Neck and Shoulders
This is a gentle treatment for your back, neck and shoulders.
9. Décolletage Treatment
Cream is carefully applied, starting from your décolletage area.
This will also increase the blood flow to your face.
10. Facial Massage
Your cheeks and other “stiff spots” on your face, which can affect how you look, will also be slowly and thoroughly cared for.
11. FP Clear Tapping
This type of massage uses air pressure. It stimulates the face using rhythmical tapping.
12. Drainage

In the case that a customer to whom this data does not apply uses this service, we cannot recommend products based on valid results, and it may therefore not work for her skin.
- Personalized skin care customers are required to have a 30-minute APEX Skin Planning session during the first treatment.
- Basically, customers select the menu and mask to use at each in-store treatment.
- For customers who have signed up for a course of treatments, first we recommend you purchase a cleansing, wash, and massage treatment, and then we will suggest suitable base essences, creams, and masks using the skin planning results and your skin condition at that time.

1. Foot Care
This is for relieving tension in your legs, from below the knees down to your toes.
2. Facial Cleansing
POLA’s original cleansing cream is used to remove makeup, sebum, and other dirt from your skin.
3. Décolletage Cleansing
POLA’s original cleansing cream is used to clean your décolletage area.
4. Décolletage Care
A cream containing a blend of natural fragrances*11 is carefully applied on your décolletage, and along your neck and shoulders.
5. Facial Care
Your cheeks and other “stiff spots”*9 on your face, which can affect how you look, will also be slowly and thoroughly cared for.
6. Suction
The suction power of a facial esthetic device is used to remove excess sebum and dirt from the skin’s surface.
7. FP Clear Tapping
This type of massage uses air pressure. It stimulates the face using rhythmical tapping.
8. Drainage
Light and rhythmical air pressure is used to massage the face.
9. Core Beauty
This type of skin care uses low frequency wave electrical stimulus.
