By applying pressure, the blood flow stops and when you let go the blood flows suddenly again and this helps blood to circulate better.

Take a large cherry sized amount and place appropriate amounts on the 5 points of the face. Avoid around the eyebrows, eyes and mouth and spread over entire face. Draw a circle around the chin, then upwards around the mouth to lift the edges. After that, go around the wings of the nose both ways. Finally, go over the bridge of the nose and sides. Use your middle fingers on both sides of the nose and apply pressure while breathing out from the nose for 5 seconds and then let go. Cup your cheeks, breathe out and apply pressure on to the cheeks for 5 seconds. Let go and then wash off.
