HOW DO I KNOW POLA PRODUCTS ARE SAFE & EFFECTIVE?
POLA have continued to product industry-leading techniques for achieving healthier and more beautiful skin. HOW DO I SIGN UP TO BECOME A POLA BEAUTY CONSULTANT?
To sign up with POLA, you must be at least 18 years of age and posses a valid Social Security Number (see WHY DOES POLA REQUIRE MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER). You are required to complete and submit an official POLA BEAUTY CONSULTANT REGISTRATION FORM. Please note that it is necessary to have a sponsor who is already a POLA Beauty Consultant. If you don’t yet have a sponsor, don’t worry. We will be happy to refer you to a POLA leader who best fits your needs and interests.

WHY DOES POLA REQUIRE MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER?
As a POLA Beauty Consultant, you have the ability to earn income and POLA is required to report such income to the IRS. Should your POLA income exceed $600 per year; you will be sent a 1099 Tax Form for reporting the income on your tax forms. Should you have further questions, please contact POLA corporate office at (800) 445-7652 and reach the Finance Department between the hours of 9am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
